SUMMARY:Choice Housing Taskforce Meeting
DESCRIPTION:Description\nChoice Neighborhoods is a planning process that will guide the future of Allegheny Dwellings and its connection to the neighborhoods around it including California-Kirkbride\, Charles Street\, Fineview and Perry Hilltop. The Housing Task Force will guide recommendations related to the redevelopment of Allegheny Dwellings resident’s homes.  \nDuring the meeting\, we will review the Parcel Analysis and Site Plan drafts provided by WRT Design. Residents and stakeholders will have an opportunity to ask questions\, share feedback\, and make recommendations. \n \n \n\n\n\n							\n								\n							\n						\n\n\nThe Parcel Analysis reviews ownership of lots in areas of interest for development. Lots may be owned privately\, by the city\, or by the URA. Lots may be vacant or occupied. \n \n \n \n \n\n\n\n							\n								\n							\n						\n\n\nThe Site Plan indicates whether a lot is recommended for development by WRT.
