DESCRIPTION:Sue Murray Pool is delayed from opening\, with Jack Stack and Riverview being the only pools open in the Northside.\n \n \n\n			\n\n		\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nThe problem\nThe City of Pittsburgh is planning to open two pools in the Northside that serve a higher proportion of middle class and wealthy white residents\, while leaving a pool that serves lower and middle income black families closed. \nConcerns about violence and drug use in the neighborhood surrounding the pool and a shortage of lifeguards were listed as reasons for the delay. \n \n \n\n			\n \n\n\n\n our solutions\nJoin the Rally: Charles Street Valley residents are gathering with members of other Northside communities to peacefully demonstrate and raise our voices.
