CSAC is building 21-24 new affordable, for-sale homes and a community center in the Charles Street Valley in an effort to revitalize our neighborhood. We are seeking qualified architectural firms to develop preliminary design solutions and cost estimates for an infill, affordable for-sale housing development in Perry South.
The deadline to submit proposals is 4:00 pm on Monday, August 15, 2022. Please refer to the Request for Proposals PDF for details and instructions.
