Angela Williams
A CSV resident since 1989, Angela served as President of CSAC for 8 years before being selected as Executive Director. She holds Master's degrees in Business Administration and Corporate Communication from Duquesne University. She has been honored for community leadership by City of Pittsburgh Mayor's Office (2024), State Rep. for District 19 Jake Wheatley, Jr. (2019), Northside Leadership Conference (2012) .
Ericka Wingfield
Ericka purchased a new affordable home in the Charles Street Valley in 2002 as a part of the third pahse of the 1st CSV community revitalization plan. She has served as an executive director of a nonprofit and has been a youth and community advocate for close to 30 years. She holds a Master’s degree from Duquesne University in Community Leadership, and has been honored for her leadership abilities.

Isreal Williams
Isreal is a problem-solver who was raised in Charles Street Valley. He obtained a engineering degree from University of Pittsburgh while stying closley connected to CSV. He works full-time, volunteers with Future Kings Mentoring Inc. as a Co-Founder and mentor of young males. Izzy also volunteers his problem-solving, engineering, and "handy-man" skills to CSV residents.
La Rita Alston
La Rita is a life-long resident of CSV. She attended local colleges in Pennsylvania, and was employed by Community College of Allegheny County for many years. She is a member of the Board Governance committee, and is committed to neighborhood safety initiatives and continued community revitalization in CSV without exclsuion of existing residents.
Shalace Moore
Shalace is a life-long Northside resident and past resident of CSV. She obtained her Master's degree from Chatham University in Counseling Psychology while working multiple jobs while living in subsized rental housing in CSV. She advocates for collective healing through mental health awareness, reducing stigma around addiction, and promoting self-efficacy. She works full-time counseling youth and volunteers with other nonprofits on the Northside.

The Board of Directors is made up of Charles Street Valley residents, community stakeholders, and outside partners who are committed to sharing their time and talents to further our mission of empowering residents, providing resources, and revitalizing the community.
