Angela Williams
Executive Director

A CSV resident since 1989, Angela served as President of CSAC for 8 years before being selected as Executive Director. She holds Master's degrees in Business Administration and Corporate Communication from Duquesne University. She has been honored for community leadership by City of Pittsburgh Mayor's Office (2024), State Rep. for District 19  Jake Wheatley, Jr. (2019), Northside Leadership Conference (2012). She strives to "rebuild the community for the future" as has been the goal from CSAC's inception.

Shalace Moore
PRESIDENT

Shaalce is a life-long Northside resident and past resident of CSV. She obtained her Master's degree from Chatham University in Counseling Psychology while working multiple jobs while living in subsized rental housing in CSV. She advocates for collective healing through mental health awareness, reducing stigma around addiction, and promoting self-efficacy. She is an avid writer who works full-time counseling transitional-age youth and volunteers her professional gifts and talents working with other Northside nonprofits.

REBEKKAH RANALLO
SECRETARY

Rebekkah is a community development leader with over 15 years of experience and relationships from Southwestern Pennsylvania’s public, private, and nonprofit ecosystem. She is unapologetic about her people-centered approach to building thriving organizational cultures, impactful teams, and engaged communities. A proud Mexican-American and alumnus of Carnegie Mellon University, she is fluent in Spanish and being a resident of Pittsburgh’s Northside.

La Rita Alston
Board MEMBER

La Rita is a life-long resident of CSV. She attended local colleges in Pennsylvania, and was employed by Community College of Allegheny County for many years. She is a member of the Board Governance committee, and is committed to neighborhood safety initiatives and continued community revitalization in CSV with the input from existing residents.

Charles Street Area Corporation is currently looking for new Board Members to govern the organization. 

The Board of Directors is made up of Charles Street Valley residents, community stakeholders, and outside partners who are committed to sharing their time and talents to further our mission of empowering residents, providing resources, and revitalizing the community.
