We are thrilled to announce that the N Charles St Affordable Homeownership Phase 1 project has been awarded $900,000 through the Affordable Housing Program (AHP). This funding is part of a competitive 2024 cycle, which saw over 216 applications and resulted in $80.8 million being committed to 44 AHP projects and 29 voluntary housing grant initiatives.
The funding commitment represents a significant milestone in advancing our mission to create equitable and sustainable homeownership opportunities in the North Charles Street area. The project will focus on expanding affordable housing options for families, contributing to the revitalization and stability of the community.
